The Florian in Weymouth is housed in a historic building, offering a unique and charming atmosphere. We offer cosy studio rooms for you to enjoy while you explore the beautiful county of Dorset. There is free off-road parking with further free parking available in the street opposite.
New for 2026 is a one bedroom apartment with open plan sitting room and kitchenette.
All rooms have en-suite shower or bathrooms and a handy kitchenette. These have microwave, air-fryer, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, table & chairs and all dishes that you need to enjoy breakfast or a light meal. Guests are welcome to have takeaways delivered. Very useful if travelling with young children or tired after exploring all day. We accept a dogs by arrangement.
For the convenience of Guests, there is a Free to Use Laundry room on top floor. We have free Wi-Fi. Guests have keyless Self Check-in and can come and go freely. The owner is available if needed but otherwise you are left to enjoy your privacy.

There is a comfy lounge with kitchen. Kitchen has Air fryer, Microwave, 2 plate induction hob, Kettle and Toaster. Couple of comfy chairs, TV and dining table.
A cosy bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and drawers. The shower room is off the lounge. On the 2nd floor is a Laundry Room which is shared with other Guests
Both lounge and bedroom overlook the garden at rear of house. Ideal for a romantic getaway. This room will accept a dog by arrangement.

This bright and airy room is on the ground floor with kitchenette. The room has a double bed and two single beds, plus travel cot and highchair available for infants. The large bay window overlooks the garden. The en-suite bathroom has bath with shower over, toilet with family seat and washbasin. This room will accept a dog by arrangement.
